We will be holding a District IE Festival at Ft Walton Beach HS on November 6th. I will be getting an itinerary and plan out to everyone ASAP. I have gotten approval to hold it on campus and now need to work out the logistics and traffic patterns.
We will be having a District One Act Festival on a different date and I am still attempting to locate a location to host that event, I apologize. Ideally, that festival will be in December so we have some time between the two but I'm not able to give an exact date on when this will be just yet.
Travel and registration costs should remain near what they have been in the past - you should not have to register kids for two different festivals and with the event being on Saturday, you may not even have to get a sub or have kids miss any school.
It may look like chaos and I apologize if that stresses you out but the pieces are coming together, I promise.
